Selena Gomez was hospitalized in January and secretly at Dawn at the Meadows, a rehab clinic in Arizona (USA), where he spent two weeks.
People magazine attributed to crew de Sel, 21, clarifying that the girl voluntarily interned in Meadows, "but not for a substance abuse problem."
